Life at INFOSYS !

I joined Infosys Technologies Ltd. on 28th August 2007.
Life after that has chnaged completely.. First time out of home (probably for the rest of my life) u tend to become a little homesick but then work is work..
Infosys has been like a second home to me.Its posh campuses, great work environment and facilities for employees (Was seldom able to enjoy them. [:)] [:)] ) has made me feel at home. Even after giving 20 long months to this company i still feel i have so much to learn from it.

For the past 1 year i have been staying with some brilliant coders and some real funny people..
Inspite of being away from Home we still manage to smile and party after a hard days work..

Well some other people wom i just cant forget mentioning are Neha and Pallavi . Cherished their companies as well.. We all had our times of rough patches but still managed to stay together , this is what matters in the end..

We all are still very much in touch with each other quite regularly and make it a point to meet whenever we are in Chandigarh. Such is our bond that we have stood beside each other at all times.. Love you Guys..!!!!

The love of my Life................

"FOOTBALL"....

Yes...i have been committed to teh game since 1997...Yup tahts right..I started playing Fotball then.

I was in School 5th standard if i m right. I still remember Bro.Cyril D Souza, my first coach, the man who taught me to play football. We started with a group of just 7 people and Bro Cyril used to train us on weekends.

In the Sixth Standard I as captain won the first football tournament of my life. Then the list was endless.so many tournament wins and achievements to my nd my teams credit.

Prabuddha, another of my great friends and teammate...awesome footballer.Speed and agility coupled with his stamina was unbeatable...

In School there was no tournament where we both dint play together. We even went to St. Columbas' Delhi for 2 consecutive years, very few people get that chance so early in their life.

"2 Footers from John's"

My footballer skills are very much a result of a ' HEALTHY' competitive spirit between the two of us.Thnx Pino for the same.well 'Pino' was his nickname given by me ofcourse

The Football team of which i m a hard core fan.

"Manchester United"

The list of all time Greats...

Journey Through School !

Well I consider myself extremely lucky to be part of the St. John's faternity.

How the school has contributed to my personal growth is non-quantifiable.I spent my life's glorious 11 years in St.John's High School, an institution whoes Moto 'PRO DEO ET PATRIA(For god,for country)' drives each and every individual in carving out a niche for himself.

My School years would have been incomplete without my gang in school. i learnt a lot from them and enjoyed my 11 years with John's. These 11 years would remain as some of the most cherished moments all my life.

Kant(Kanti), Anuj, Chetan, Dhruv(Chintu), Prabuddha(Pino) and Kunal will never forget you guys ya...

Our Alumini Network

SJOBA (St.John's Old Boys Association), a strong alumini network of this school has its presence all over the world. Still every year in december all alumini make it a point to come together and spend some memorable moments with ex-students as well as students passing out of St. John's so as to enrich them with their experiences.

Something About Me !

Well to begin with let me tell you people about myself: - I' m Siddharth born in the city also known as 'The City Beautiful', Thts right the City of CHANDIGARH on 13th Dec 1984.

'Home Sweet Home'

I have (6(-1)) very very important people I respect in my Home Sweet Home(Pic Above).Everybody respects their elders so nothing special or unusual about it. Well

My Grandfather(Late) has been a pillar of values and ethics throughout his life and his disciplined nature was well incorporated by me in my behavior and lifestyle.

My grandmom , has been a constant pillar of support for the family and her never get tired spirit is certainly worth appreciating. Imagine people at an age of 87 ,she is still managing the home all by herself...

My Dad is a scientist and yes very knowledgeable and a sportsman to the core.No wonder he has played national level Lawn tennis..

My Mom a doctorate in Physical Chemistry and one of the finest teachers and mentors there can ever be. . U can say thats where i get my studious roots from.

I have a younger brother who is the Apple of my eye. Though i never made him realize how much i adore and love him, Only to make him independent as early as possible but still he knows..

I think some things are better felt than told...

Then i have a Dog a pom by the name of Snowy. Well 'he'(Mind it: not only an animal but a family member) is the sixth member of our family.Very beautifull and true to his name ...

'Snowy'

I admire each and every member of my Family and i m grateful to them for making me what i m today..They deserve to be called truly the pillars of my life, my life support. Will be telling you more abt them in the further posts..

Lets begin my Journey now... :) :)
